Second-cycle studies in administration prepare modern, professional future civil servants who are able to efficiently manage and carry out tasks related to work in public sector institutions, but also in private sector positions. Graduates of this course also acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to run their own business in the European market.

  • knowledge of crisis management strategies and techniques,
  • ability to use effective communication and negotiation techniques,
  • in-depth knowledge of the administrative law that governs the functioning of public administration,
  • knowledge of project planning, implementation and evaluation,
  • ability to design, implement and manage digital administrative processes.
