In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereafter referred to as RODO, I inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is the Pomeranian University of Higher Education, address: ul. T. Kościuszki 112/114, 83-200 Starogard Gdański, entered into the register of non-public higher education institutions kept by the minister responsible for education and science under no. 191, NIP: 5921968213, REGON: 192488165. Address for correspondence: ul. T. Kościuszki 112/114, 83-200 Starogard Gdański.

1. personal data will be processed for:
a) to conclude and perform the contract concluded between you and the Pomeranian University of Science and Technology (inter alia, to maintain employee files, to calculate and pay wages, to organise and co-finance additional benefits for employees and for family members and relatives provided for by the provisions on the Social Fund and additional services constituting non-wage benefits for the employee, to fulfil obligations in the field of occupational medicine, preventive health care for employees),
(b) fulfilment of the PSW's accounting and tax obligations,
(c) the provision of security over the workplace or the area around the workplace in the form of technical measures for recording images (video surveillance).

2 Legal basis for processing personal data:
(a) your consent to the processing of your personal data - Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO;
(b) the conclusion and performance of the contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA;
(c) fulfilment of legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, in particular the obligation to keep documents for a certain period of time as determined by law;
d) legitimate legal interest of the Administrator - Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA, in particular the performance of tasks related to ensuring the safety of persons on the premises of the university and in order to secure property the assertion of claims, the keeping of statistics, the use of the image in connection with its publication in communication tools.

3 The recipients of your data may be:
a) IT service providers, email and hosting providers, consultancy, legal, auditing, events, training, conferences, business travel arrangements;
b) through which the highest standard of service provision is ensured, including on the basis of cooperation with specific service providers, e.g. a data storage service provider, a provider of tools used in personnel and payroll services or subcontractors; such entities process personal data on the basis of relevant personal data processing entrustment agreements; personal data may also be transferred to public authorities on the basis of applicable legislation;
c) public authorities on the basis of the applicable legislation (e.g. the Social Insurance Institution, the National Health Fund, the National Fiscal Administration, the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, bailiffs, the State Labour Inspectorate, regulatory and supervisory bodies - when such an obligation results from the provisions of the law);
(d) entities offering additional benefits to employees such as an incentive scheme, group insurance, medical packages or sports passes;
e) marketing agencies and social media advertising systems serving the Administrator.
(f) to partners, contractors and customers, only with regard to business data and otherwise only with the employee's separate, voluntary consent.

(4) When processing personal data, the Controller shall make every effort to ensure that the data is processed within the EEA. Where it is necessary to use suppliers based outside the EEA, data transfer will take place on the basis of legalisation mechanisms and in accordance with the obligations provided for in Chapter V of the RODO.

5. your personal data will be processed for a period of:
a) with regard to the performance of the contract, until the purposes of the contract have been fulfilled, and thereafter additionally for the period of limitation of possible claims as stipulated by law;
(b) with regard to the fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations, for the period prescribed by law;
c) with regard to ensuring security over the workplace or the area around the workplace in the form of technical measures enabling the recording of images (video surveillance) - for the period prescribed by law, with the exception of the situation in which the recordings constitute evidence in legal proceedings (in which case the period may be extended until the legal conclusion of the proceedings).

6 You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to data portability processed for the performance of the contract, erasure of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the RODO, restriction of data processing under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the RODO, objection to the processing of your data processed on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Controller, withdrawal of consent with the proviso that the processing carried out before the withdrawal will be fully legal.

7 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.

8 The processing of personal data for marketing purposes, activity analysis and user information is also carried out through profiling, i.e. automated.

9. your personal data for which there is no legal basis for processing will be processed when you have given your voluntary consent.

10. the provision of personal data for the purposes set out in point 1 and to the extent required by law is mandatory, and the refusal to provide such data shall result in the impossibility to establish an employment or cooperation relationship or to prevent the PSW as an employer from fulfilling certain legal requirements.

a) to take the necessary steps prior to the conclusion of the contract, its execution and the archiving of the data after the end of the cooperation;
(b) correspondence;
(c) the performance of the PSW's accounting and tax obligations.

2 Legal basis for processing personal data:
a) Concluding and performing a contract or taking action at your request prior to concluding a contract - Article 6(1)(b) RODO;
(b) fulfilment of legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA, in particular the maintenance of accounting and tax records arising from applicable legislation;
(c) legitimate legal interest of the Administrator - Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, in particular the possibility of keeping in touch with you and answering your questions, establishing, investigating or defending against possible claims.

3 The recipients of your data may be:
(a) IT service providers, email and hosting providers, consultancy service providers;
b) through which the highest standard of service provision is ensured, including on the basis of cooperation with specific service providers, e.g. a data storage service provider, a provider of tools used in personnel and payroll services or subcontractors; such entities process personal data on the basis of relevant personal data processing entrustment agreements; personal data may also be transferred to public authorities on the basis of applicable legislation;
c) public authorities on the basis of applicable laws (e.g. the Social Insurance Institution, the National Health Fund, the National Fiscal Administration, the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, court bailiffs, the State Labour Inspectorate, regulatory and supervisory bodies - when such an obligation arises from the provisions of law).

(4) When processing personal data, the Controller shall make every effort to ensure that the data is processed within the EEA. Where it is necessary to use suppliers based outside the EEA, data transfer will take place on the basis of legalisation mechanisms and in accordance with the

(5) Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or for the period designated by law. Once the purpose for which your personal data was collected has been fulfilled, it may only be kept for archival purposes, for a period to be designated by law.

6 You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to data portability processed for the performance of the contract, erasure of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the RODO, restriction of data processing under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the RODO, objection to the processing of your data processed on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Controller, withdrawal of consent with the proviso that the processing carried out before the withdrawal will be fully legal.

(a) an assessment of your qualifications, abilities and skills needed for the position you are applying for;
(b) the selection of a suitable candidate for the job.

2 Legal basis for processing personal data:
(a) your consent to the processing of your personal data - Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO;
(b) fulfilment of legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, in particular the obligation to retain documents for a certain period of time as determined by law;
(c) legitimate legal interest of the Administrator - Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, to take steps to recruit a suitable job candidate.

3 Third parties will be the recipients of your data.

(4) When processing personal data, the Controller shall make every effort to ensure that the data is processed within the EEA. Where it is necessary to use suppliers based outside the EEA, data transfer will take place on the basis of legalisation mechanisms and in accordance with the obligations provided for in Chapter V of the RODO.

5. your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you have given your consent, for an additional period of up to two years.

6 You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to data portability processed for the performance of the contract, erasure of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the RODO, restriction of data processing under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the RODO, objection to the processing of your data processed on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Controller, withdrawal of consent with the proviso that the processing carried out before the withdrawal will be fully legal.

(a) the proper provision of educational services and the services supporting those services for marketing and statistical purposes;
(b) the settlement of the contract concluded with the Pomeranian University;
(c) to allow the use of the resources of the library and reading room of the Pomeranian College;
(d) to establish, assert or defend against possible claims.

2 Legal basis for processing personal data:
(a) the conclusion and performance of the contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA;
(b) fulfilment of legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, in particular the obligation to retain documents for a certain period of time as determined by law;
c) legitimate legal interest of the Administrator - Article 6(1)(f) RODO, in particular the implementation of direct marketing activities, the assertion of claims, the keeping of statistics.

3 The recipients of your data may be:
a) entities through which the highest standard of service provision is ensured, including on the basis of cooperation with specific service providers, e.g. a data storage service provider, a provider of tools used in remote learning, or subcontractors (e.g. a marketing agency); such entities process personal data on the basis of relevant personal data processing trust agreements; personal data may also be communicated to public authorities on the basis of applicable legislation;
(b) public authorities on the basis of applicable legislation;
c) Administrator marketing agencies and social media advertising systems.

(4) When processing personal data, the Controller shall make every effort to ensure that the data is processed within the EEA. Where it is necessary to use suppliers based outside the EEA, data transfer will take place on the basis of legalisation mechanisms and in accordance with the obligations provided for in Chapter V of the RODO.

5. your personal data will be processed for a period of:
a) for marketing and statistical purposes, until the purposes for which they were collected have been fulfilled or until you have previously objected to further processing (legal basis: 6(1)(f) RODO);
(b) for the provision of educational services, the services supporting these services in accordance with the contract concluded and the relevant legislation, including the mandatory archiving of data for a period of time:
- resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 27 September 2018 on studies,
- resulting from tax law or until the statute of limitations for claims, in the case of contractual settlements.

6 You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to data portability processed for the performance of the contract, erasure of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the RODO, restriction of data processing under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the RODO, objection to the processing of your data processed on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Controller, withdrawal of consent with the proviso that the processing carried out before the withdrawal will be fully legal.

7 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.

8 The processing of personal data for marketing purposes, activity analysis and user information is also carried out through profiling, i.e. automated decision-making, in order to present general advertisements, offers or promotions (discounts), concerning the products or services of the Administrator and its partners, in a manner tailored to the interests of the specific subject (without significantly influencing his/her decisions).
