His area of interest is mainly the political and military situation in the Baltic in the interwar period, the Cold War in the Baltic, national maritime security and international security in the 20th and 21st centuries.
Participant in 197 national and international scientific conferences and seminars, author, co-author and scientific editor of 758 scientific papers (including, inter alia: 115 scientific monographs), 1 scientific invention patented in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, 517 scientific articles, 11 script editions, 5 training films and 46 scientific articles indexed in world scientific journals (inter alia IF, Scopus, WoS, IC).
Awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2010) and the Golden Cross of Merit (2002), the Gold Medal for Long Service (2012), as well as numerous state awards (Medal of the Commission of National Education - 2003), departmental, organisational and regional awards.

Author of works "Dynamics, conditions, prevention of suicides in the last quarter of the twentieth century in Poland", "Effectiveness of re-socialisation of convicts in the opinion of pedagogy students depending on their criminological orientation", "Kulturotechnique of re-socialisation" as well as over a dozen scientific articles in the field of social pathology, criminology and re-socialisation pedagogy.
During his many years of practice as an academic teacher, he has promoted around three hundred graduates in the field of pedagogy, in particular with a specialisation in re-socialisation pedagogy with addiction prevention.
Her publications focus in particular on the study of the impact of foster care on mental health and have appeared in the scientific national and international press.
His scientific interests are mainly in the political thought of the opposition, social security during the systemic transformation. Organiser of numerous scientific conferences, author of dozens of scientific articles and several collective works.

Since 2017, he has been professionally involved with the European Solidarity Centre, which has broadened his competence in project management in cultural institutions.
His current research interests include issues of recent Polish and European history, with particular emphasis on the history of the Solidarity social movement, as well as historical education, the culture of remembrance and research methodology. He is fluent in both Italian and Spanish.

Since 2009, she has been working with the Pomeranian University of Science and Technology in Starogard Gdański as an information technology lecturer. At the School of Banking in Gdańsk and Gdynia, she conducts laboratories in information technology, information technology and business data visualisation and mining in the fields of IT, logistics and economics.
His research interests are mainly in linguistic change taking into account the impact of modern media on the development and evolution of language used globally.
He developed his career at sea, in commands and staffs as well as universities and centres of excellence (NATO Centres of Excellence ) in Poland and abroad, dealing with operational planning (OPP), logistics (RLS), HNS support, maritime transport, specialised design and consultancy for the shipbuilding industry. He specialises in logistics and training packages, economic and legal translations, conducting officer and qualification courses, teaching subjects related to security, market and multinational logistics and transport economics.
Passionate about aviation, shipbuilding, naval science and foreign languages. He spends his free time reading, improving his translation skills, developing his culinary skills and travelling.
His main areas of research and practice are constitutional law, civil law with particular emphasis on contract law, public procurement law and administrative proceedings. In his work with students, he emphasises not only the theoretical, but especially the practical application of the skills of the law in its broadest sense.
