Information clause on processing of personal data - events

The administrator of your personal data is the Pomeranian University of Technology, ul. Kościuszki 112/114, 83-200 Starogard Gdański (hereinafter: PSW).
Your personal data will be processed for:
- to organise, host and account for an event, including, but not limited to, a conference, symposium, training course or lecture;
- provide you with materials and teaching aids related to the event;
- general recording of the event (photos and video) - posting these materials on the PSW website and on the PSW's social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- to send you invitations or information about events organised by or in cooperation with the PSW.
The data provided will be processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter: RODO, respectively:

- 6(1)(b) and (f) of the RODO for paragraph 2 para. A. and B. of this clause,
- 6(1)(a) RODO for paragraph 2. of C., D. of this clause (giving consent is voluntary; withdrawal of consent given does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until consent is withdrawn).

Data collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the DPA will be processed until the purposes for which they were collected have been achieved, including but not limited to the period required by accounting law (in the case of paid participation) and the period necessary to establish, assert or defend against claims relating to the service or the processing of your personal data. Data collected on the basis of consent will be collected until the purpose is achieved or until the consent given is revoked.
You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling, in a manner that produces legal effects against you or similarly significantly affects you.
Data will be shared with entities providing IT system maintenance and hosting services, email service providers, event services, payment operator, cooperating marketing agencies. Data may be shared with entities or authorities to which the PSW is obliged or entitled to make data available under generally applicable laws. In connection with the use of social media, personal data may be transferred for the purpose of this clause to the owners of the websites: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. In the case of events subsidised by state institutions, data may be forwarded to these institutions for the purposes of billing or reporting regulated by the relevant laws, of which, when registering for each event separately, explicit information will be provided
Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter "EEA"). If Personal Data were to be transferred outside the EEA, the PSW will ensure that cooperation with such entities is based on an appropriate legal basis and that they ensure adequate standards of protection
