Our lawyers:

• will inform you of your rights and obligations and point out the provisions that apply to the given case;
• will suggest how you can solve your legal problem;
• inform you whether the case requires court, mediation or administrative proceedings;
• will indicate where to send the letter (for example: for a payment of your debt in instalments, an application to the municipality for an allocation of social housing, a letter of employment contract termination due to the fault of the employer, a notification to the public prosecutor's office in order to report criminal offence, an application for initiating enforcement);
• will tell you where to seek help with employment, consumer rights, banking, enforcement cases;
• will help you with business matters, at the start, suspension and termination stages.

If the case requires court proceedings, our team will indicate: where to go and how to justify a request for exemption from court costs, a request for the appointment of an ex officio attorney in court and court-administrative proceedings.
